Nilow Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Nilow (the “app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Nilow is provided by Exeebit (“we”, “us”).

2. What Nilow does

Nilow helps you record and split shared expenses and calculate who owes whom. Balances, currency conversions, and settlement suggestions are provided for convenience only. Nilow is not a payment processor, bank, or financial advisor, and does not move money between users.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Enter accurate expense information and verify balances before settling.
  • Resolve any real-world payments and disputes directly with your group members.
  • Only add other people's details where you're permitted to do so.
  • Use the app lawfully and not to harass others or violate their rights.

4. Nilow Pro & billing

Some features require Nilow Pro, sold through Google Play. Subscriptions renew and can be managed or cancelled in your Google Play account. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies.

5. Accuracy & no warranty

Nilow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep the math correct, we don't guarantee the app is error-free or continuously available. You are responsible for confirming amounts before acting on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exeebit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amounts owed or paid between users, that arise from your use of Nilow.

7. Termination

You may stop using Nilow at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or features where necessary, and will act reasonably in doing so.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Nilow evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
