Delete your Nilow data

Nilow (package com.nilow.app) is developed by Exeebit. This page explains how to delete the data associated with the app, as required by Google Play.

Delete data inside the app

  1. Open any expense and tap Delete expense to remove it.
  2. Open a group's menu and choose Delete to remove the whole group and its expenses.
  3. To remove everything stored on your device, uninstall Nilow, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Nilow → Storage → Clear storage. This permanently erases all local groups, expenses, receipts and settings.

Delete synced data

If you enabled sync or shared a group, some data may be stored on our sync backend to keep group members in sync. To request permanent deletion of that data, email support@exeebit.com from the address associated with your account, or with enough detail for us to identify your data (e.g. your display name and a group invite code).

What we delete and what we keep

  • Deleted: your profile, groups, expenses, splits, settlements, and receipts held on our sync backend.
  • Retained: limited records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase/transaction records for Nilow Pro (handled by Google Play), kept only for as long as the law requires.

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email.
